Customer Service Policy
- In case of any quality Complaint, customers can ask free of cost re-cleaning of the garment(s).
- In case of not satisfaction even after re-clean, the Customer will have the right to claim a full refund of the paid amount against our services.
- In case of later order from the due date promised to the customer, the Customer will not pay 50% payment of the late garment(s). In case of any extreme situation, this will not be liable.
- in case of any damage or loss, the customer will be paid claim according to our Claim Policy.
